Vermouth
- Rosé Based Vermouth
- Infused with Figs & Honey
Discover our Rosé Vermouth, a unique creation that bridges the worlds of our winery and distillery. Crafted from our Rosé for Cure wine, predominantly Syrah-based, and fortified with our aged Baton Brandy, this vermouth is a testament to balance, creativity, and tradition.
A Bold Innovation
Crafted with Finesse: Our Rosé Vermouth begins with a cold-soak technique, allowing for a gentle and gradual extraction of botanicals. We infused this base with a blend of our favorite botanicals—two kinds of figs (Mission and Golden), wormwood, cocoa nibs, vanilla bean, cinnamon, and wild cherry bark—all sweetened with 100% Washington wildflower honey.
Unmistakable Character: This vermouth spent over five months macerating slowly in stainless steel, allowing the flavors to meld to perfection. The result is a light, refreshing vermouth with a balanced sweetness, perfect for cocktails like Boulevardiers, Negronis, Manhattans, or served simply over ice with a twist of lemon or orange peel.
Pure and Authentic
Nothing but the Best: Made with local ingredients and no artificial additives, our Rosé Vermouth embodies a commitment to quality and craftsmanship. Lightly filtered and bottled only when the time felt right, it captures the essence of both our wine and spirit-making expertise.
Made with Meraki: Every bottle reflects our dedication and passion, a blend of artistry from both our winery and distillery.
Enjoy our Rosé Vermouth as you would a fine white wine—store it refrigerated and savor it within three months of opening to maintain its fresh, vibrant character.
