Ouzo

Ouzo is a simple botanical mix of anise seed, coriander, and fennel. An authentic Ouzo distilled from a grape base. The flavor profile is loaded with anise seeds in the front, spicy and citrusy notes from the coriander. It’s truly a simple, handcrafted Ouzo.

Over the years we learned that the best way to make something is with really simple ingredients. We wanted to go back to our roots and heritage and craft an Ouzo from grapes, typically modern Ouzo's are distilled from grain or sugar-based derived bases, and not via the original base spirit which was grapes.

Using grapes adds a layer of complexity and mouthfeel that works great with the anise, fennel, and coriander.
