Jennifer is the co-founder and distiller behind Rhine Hall Distillery located in Chicago IL. They are best known for their brandies. We did a deep dive into Rhine Hall and how it got its start, how to stay in your lane and being true to what you do best is how truly things become successful. We talked about the 3-Tier system versus Direct to Consumer. We also talked about her view on the brandy demand in the US, and how going through some of the challenges makes you a better person and better in business.
