Coconut rosewater blackberry smash with our Baton Brandy. Need I say more?

This simple spring recipe is perfect for porch sipping, party throwing, shower hosting, or any old day that calls for a drink as beautiful as it is delicious.

The Coconut Rosewater Blackberry Smash is cool and creamy, with floral notes from the rose water and a definite hint of summer to come (so kind of one big metaphor for spring in a glass). Deceptively easy, because you can buy all of the ingredients — no homemade syrups here.

Ingredients

    • 2 oz Mastrogiannis Baton Brandy
    • 1 oz Cream of Coconut 
    • 1 oz Lime Juice
    • 1/4 tsp Rose Water 
    • 1 oz Blackberry Syrup or Smashed Fresh Blackberries 

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail glass pour the blackberry syrup in the bottom of the glass or smash a few blackberries and fill with crushed ice. In a cocktail shaker place the rest of the ingredients and some ice. Shake well and pour over crushed ice and blackberry mixture. Top with fresh blackberries.
