We are back with another Friday Cocktails with such a simple and delicious cocktail featuring our Rakomelo in a classic Rakomelo Rickey. Club soda, mixed with our natural honey flavored Rakomelo and an added sweetness from the simple syrup balance this cocktail with the acid of the lime.

Ingredients
- 2.5 oz Mastrogiannis Rakomelo
- 1 lime, squeezed
- 0.5 oz simple syrup.
- Club soda
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients (except the club soda) with ice. Pour in a rocks glass with ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with mint.
