In episode 78 of the Distillery Nation Podcast we had the opportunity to sit down and talk with Tony Abu-Ganim.
The Cable Car was created in 1996 by now well-known bartender Tony Abu-Ganim, this cocktail is considered a take on a Sidecar. Like the sidecar, it’s very citrus-forward, with the combination of lemon juice and orange liqueur, and the sugar/cinnamon rim helps take some of the edges off while making it a delicious and refreshing cocktail.
Enjoy it!
