Nothing quite like a mule on a hot summer day. And given that Mastiha is a summer must, we decided to make a Mastiha Mule.
A simple variation from the original, that packs full flavor. A super refreshing cocktail for the hot weather and if we must say better than the original.

Ingredients
- 2 oz Mastrogiannis Mastiha
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 3 oz ginger beer (we like fever tree)
Instructions
- In a copper mug filled with ice, add the Mastiha, lime juice, top with ginger beer and garnish with a lime wheel.
