Pumpkin pie lovers unite! Although this recipe has quite the ingredient list, it's required for a creamy pump pumpkin pie-inspired drink that has a bit of a spicy kick to it.
This Brandy Pumpkin Pie Martini recipe is a guaranteed hit of any holiday cocktail party, and as we fast approach Thanksgiving, this is a must cocktail, and although this is a dessert type of cocktail, it was a perfect combination of the Fall flavors we love!

Ingredients
- 2 oz Rakomelo Brandy
- 1 oz Baton Brandy
- 1 oz Half & Half
- 2 tbs Pumpkin Purée
- 1/2 oz Maple Syrup
- 1/4 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Whipping Cream for Garnish
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and pour into a martini glass. Garnish with whipped cream and a few dashes of pumpkin pie spice.
