What a great holiday cocktail. The Baton Pomegranate Paloma is made for the Holidays!
Swapping the classic grapefruit in a classic Paloma for pomegranate juice provided with a good tart balance between the oak and vanilla profile of our Baton Brandy, simple syrup provides a nice sweet balance, and topping it of with a club soda adds some bubbles that brings the drink together.
A classic spin that brings a classic cocktail into the Holiday season with a drink that everyone will enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 oz Mastrogiannis Baton Brandy
- 2 oz Pomegranate Juice
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 oz Club Soda
- Pomegranate Seeds and Rosemary for garnish
Instructions
- Place all ingredients (except for the club soda and the garnish) in a cocktail shaker, shake with ice and pour in a cocktail glass with ice or a single large ice cube or ball. Top off with club soda and garnish with pomegranate seeds and rosemary.
