Following a very similar path to an old-fashioned, but elevated with the beautiful Benedictine, a herbal sweet liqueur that is really a match for our Baton Brandy.
And as this drink mellows the flavor profile changes, a great cocktail that will for sure have you come back for a second!

Ingredients
- 2 oz Mastrogiannis Baton Brandy

1/2 oz Benedictine (we used DOM)
- 2 Dashes Of Bitters
- Lemon Peel for Garnish
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake it until nicely cold. Pour in a rocks glass with an ice ball or cube. Garnish with lemon peel.
